I received my training as a Nutrition Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, which is the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories—combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods. At graduation I got 3 certificates: one from Institute for Integrative Nutrition itself, one from the Columbia University and one from the American Association for Drugless Practitioners.

After  I started to see some clients  I noticed that they all had one thing in common and it was the fact that it was hard for them to keep up with  eating healthy especially when out.  So, with the help of a couple of friends, I came up with the idea of opening a Raw and Vegan space, after 8 months La Vie En Raw Café was born in Coral Gables, FL.
