(Portobella mushroom soaked in a sun-dried tomato  marinade filled with a  Pesto  herb cheese and garnished with fresh tomatoes

SOUP:   “NEAT BALLS MINESTRONE”

in marinara/vegetable broth

SALAD:    “BASILICA DI ROMA” 

Tomatoes stuffed with nut cheese garnished with spinach

MAIN COURSE:   “GNOCCHI DELLA NONNA” 

cashew-walnut  and spinach gnocchi over zucchini noodles topped with pesto and grated nut cheese

DRINK:  APPLETINI

Apple juice, lime, sparkling water

DESSERT:     CHOCOLATE BROWNIES WITH PANNA

 Raw cacao brownies with coconut  whip cream
