LEARNING THE VERSATILITY OF PREPARING RAW FOOD

 

APPETIZER:

“BABY BELLA”  (Baby portobella mushrooms marinated in a sun-dried tomato sauce filled with a Pesto  herb cheese and garnished with fresh tomatoes

SALAD:

“BASILICA DI ROMA”  Tomatoes stuffed with nut cheese garnished with spinach

MAIN COURSE:

 “GNOCCHI DELLA NONNA”  cashew and spinach gnocchi over zucchini noodles                                   topped with pesto and grated nut cheese

DRINK: 

APPLETINI – Apple juice, lime, sparkling water

DESSERT:

 TARTINA DI CACAO CON PANNA – Raw cacao brownies with coconut whip cream
